Post Natal

Available by appointment at 6 weeks post-delivery, usually linked to your baby's 6 week check, see below.

Baby Clinic, New Baby Check / Immunisations

When we receive notification of your delivery we will book your baby for a 6 week check by appointment with the doctor in Baby Clinic. We will also arrange an appointment for their first immunisations with the nurse in Baby Clinic.

Please see the section below for our electronic baby pack mentioned at your 6 week check appointment, which includes lots of useful information about your new born.

Well Baby Clinic

This is a health visitor led clinic for general advice about feeding and development. The clinic is run in the Garden Suite on the ground floor of Gracefield Gardens. Please ask at the main reception for more details or look at the health visitor information in the healthcare team section of our staff pages.

At other times the Health Start Team are available on 020 3049 4002.

Health visiting telephone advice service

Call 0203 049 8166 for free support and advice for families with children aged five and under. 
When your named health visitor is unavailable you can phone to talk about weaning, sleeping, immunisations, minor ailments and much more.

Opening hours: 
Monday to Friday 5pm – 8pm, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays 10am – 4pm.
